Terms and Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and transactions between PenCase and its customers.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The minimum order quantity for all products is 25 units unless otherwise agreed in writing with any orders placed below this, we will attempt to contact the purchaser and seek to adjust the order. If we cannot obtain this authorisation, we will cancel the order and any monies paid will be returned to the original payment method. This is usually completed within 7 working days, if you are still awaiting a refund after this please get in contact with us and we resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed or quoted are subject to confirmation at the time of order.
4. Payment
Customers may choose one of the following payment options:
* A 40% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance payable before or upon delivery using the payment methods stated
* Full payment on delivery
* Approved customers may be offered payment terms of up to 30 days following delivery this will be communicated to eligible establishments who are registered with us. PenCase reserves the right to withdraw or refuse credit terms at its discretion.
5. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control. You will be able be provided with a 3 day delivery window. This may change based on our delivery partner.
6. Customised
Products Customers are responsible for ensuring all artwork, branding, and information supplied is accurate. Customised orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has commenced.
7. Returns and Refunds
Any issues with delivered products should be reported within 7 days of receipt. Returns and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis due to the nature of the bespoke service we offer we may place a restock change for any orders cancelled after 48 hours.
8. Limitation of Liability
PenCase's liability shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied.
9. Changes
PenCase reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
